About Us
Interlink – Faith in Action is a public outreach ministry that was founded in 1984. We are composed of volunteers from various faiths and community groups who provide services to allow seniors and others to live independently in their own homes. We work in Asotin County, WA and Nez Perce County, ID. We are a network of religious congregations, community agencies and concerned citizens.
As an Interfaith Volunteer Caregiver Program, Interlink was founded in the Judeo-Christian tradition of human concern for others. We believe that each person is unique and worthy of love and respect regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, economic status or lifestyle. We believe that each person has the right and the duty to make decisions about his/her life, a right which Interlink supports and fosters in evaluating all needs.
Our Mission
Interlink’s mission is to bring together persons of various faiths and good will to provide support to those in need. Through community outreach efforts, Interlink services those without adequate personal, social or physical support in the hope that we will enable them to live independently in their own homes with grace and dignity.
